Effects and qualities[edit | edit source]
Effects and qualities are well, effects and qualities on an item that help the item deal damage/defend/other things, such as dealing elemental damage, or just increasing the stats.
Except for the starting equipment, all items have one or two qualities. If an item has two qualities, it also has a name and a different, colorful look. Even the strongest items have only two qualities.
Qualities come in four magnitudes each. A lesser/minor variant, a medium/normal, a greater, and a legendary variant.
Fire[edit | edit source]
Adds fire damage to weapons. Adds fire resistance to armor.
Ice[edit | edit source]
Adds cold damage to weapons. Adds cold resistance to armor.
Lightning[edit | edit source]
Poison[edit | edit source]
Darkness[edit | edit source]
Light[edit | edit source]
Quality[edit | edit source]
Increases weapons physical damage or armors physical resistance.
Fortitude[edit | edit source]
Fortitude defense increases by 10/15/20/25
Magic[edit | edit source]
Three qualities are sorted into this category: +Spellpower, +Willpower (the stat), +Energy (the stat)
Detection[edit | edit source]
The hero quicker detects invisible creatures.
Vampirism[edit | edit source]
Hero gets 15/25/35/45% vampirism
Stunning[edit | edit source]
20/30/40/50% chance to stun attacked creature
Diseases will give you negative effects during a battle. Getting a disease is rare, due to very few events giving it. Your chances of getting a disease are based off of toughness. To get rid of a disease, You need to hope that Your save got an Npc which when You talk to there is an option to pay to get rid of the disease. A disease will slow you down, decrease your attack, block, spell and willpower.
